2017
Both the first prize as well as the Bach prize were awarded to Bruce Xu of Winston-Salem, NC, a student of Timothy Olsen. Second prize and the hymn-playing prize were awarded to Danielle Little, a student of Katie-Ann McCarty. The Third prize was awarded to Justin Brueggeman, student of David Runner.

- First Prize, Bach Prize, and Hymn Playing Prize: Katherine Johnson (8th grade, student of Andrew Scanlon)
- Second Prize: Patricia Tanzer (12th Grade, Student at UNC School of the Arts)
- Third Prize: Laura Agner (10th Grade, student of Dr. Jaquie Yost, Salisbury, NC)
2013
East Carolina University School of Music is pleased to announce the results of The 7th Annual Young Artists Competition in Organ Performance, which was held in Greenville, NC on April 13th, 2013. The First Prize winner was Michael LeGrand of Orlando, Florida, who also received the prize for the most convincing performance of an organ work by J.S. Bach. Second Prize was awarded to Carina Sturdy of Williamsburg, VA who received an additional prize in hymn playing. Finally, Third place was won by Michael Olson of Raleigh, NC. The competition was held on the Fisk organ in St. Paul's Episcopal Church and prizes were sponsored by C.B. Fisk Inc., Organ Builders, the East Carolina Musical Arts Education Foundation, and the East Carolina Chapter, American Guild of Organists. The guest artist and adjudicator for this event was Gail Archer from New York City. 2012
Justin DuRant, a student of Christopher Jacobson from Sumter, SC, won the coveted Fisk Prize (First Prize) in April at East Carolina University's Sixth Annual Competition of Pre-College Organists held in Greenville, NC at St. Paul's Episcopal Church (Fisk Opus 126). Second Prize (donated by the East Carolina Musical Arts Education Foundation) and the Hymn Playing Award were taken by Carina Sturdy of Williamsburg, VA (a student of Rebecca Davy). Third Prize (donated by the East Carolina Chapter American Guild of Organists) and the prize for 'The Most Conving Interpretation of a Work by J.S. Bach was awarded to Jordan Prescott of Greenville, NC (a student of Andrew Scanlon). The distinguished guest artist and adjudicator for the event was Dr. Joby Bell of Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.
